Our version of this French ham and cheese sandwich is made with our signature pork loin which is delicately marinated in a special mixture of herbs and spices then dry cured to perfection. Then we add a mixture of Gruyere and Fontina cheese and top all of this with a Bechamel (creamy homemade mustard based) sauce, served on two slices of Pain de Campagne (Sour dough) Bread.
